1. Basic information

The current program is aimed towards increasing the effective joint activities between A.I.Studio and its Partners, and towards the establishing of regulations and procedures connected with the organization and A.I.Studio product distribution network.

A.I.Studio ideal distribution partners are distributors and resellers who are interested in expanding their product and service business; one who is interested in making A.I.Studio's software an integral part of their business offerings.

Participation in the Program provides partners with the opportunity of taking advantage of A.I.Studio huge potential, products and services, and a mutually beneficial, flexible financial scheme resulting in the development of growing Partner profitability, expanding client base and an increasing presence in current and new markets.

2. Program purpose and goals

2.1. Program purpose

Providing Partners with optimum conditions for joint operation, providing the best products and facilities, quality service and support, and training in order to allow our Partners to offer effective, high-quality competitive-savvy products.

2.1. Program goals

  • To enable Partners to increase their business and profitability.
  • To provide Partners with products, well targeted and with competitive prices.
  • To provide Partners with a comprehensive and continuous support.
  • To maintain an open line of communication with Partners.

3. General

A.I.Studio seeks the companies who want to build a long-term business relationship. The companies with the following types of business can become a member of the program:

  • Value Added Resellers (VAR) — VARs are companies that provide services to small and medium-sized businesses. VARs are responsible for selling, installing and supporting the combined product. VARs buy A.I.Studio products directly from A.I.Studio or from a Distributor, then add significant product value and independently resell a total solution as a part of their core service to customers.
  • Distributors — companies that buy A.I.Studio products from A.I.Studio and actively promote A.I.Studio products and solutions on the market. Distributors are aggressively compensated and are required to sell through their own distribution network. They are required to sell minimum volumes quarterly to maintain direct purchase from A.I.Studio and their discount levels.

3.1. Partner types and pricing policy

Partners operate according to the standard agent scheme to be carried out on the market, receiving a specified percentage of product sales.

To help partners be successful, A.I.Studio has created a multi-level approach to partnering, with the following levels within the A.I.Studio Distribution Partner Program:

  • Partner,
  • Silver Partner,
  • Gold Partner.

The higher the level of partnership, the greater the mutual commitment is to establishing a successful relationship. Benefits and criteria are clearly defined so that partners know exactly what to expect from A.I.Studio ensuring a clear return on investment. The following describes the basic differences between levels:

  • Partner — this level of partnership enables new partners to begin developing their business with A.I.Studio. This is the appropriate level for partners that have a specific regional or other market focus, or if they are beginning to grow their business.
  • Silver Partner — Silver Partner offers industry-leading solutions to customers and is committed to A.I.Studio at a very high level. Support services, greater discounts, and joint business planning are some of the additional benefits partners receive at this level.
  • Gold Partner — Gold Partners have a high degree of business synergy with A.I.Studio and generally cover a broad, global market. Partners at this level receive dedicated account management with senior executive involvement, joint marketing and the highest level of visibility with A.I.Studio and its customers.

Each status corresponds to a specific discount. Prices are determined of the basis of a unified discount system for Partners and A.I.Studio Retail or Small Business products price list. The price lists are an addendum to the completed Partner contract.

The local pricing policies are determined by the local price list as confirmed by A.I.Studio. Overall added discounts are:

  • Partners — 50%,
  • Silver Partners — 60%,
  • Gold Partners — 70%.

Sales quotas for each status are determined individually for each single local market. All Partners must follow the A.I.Studio pricing policies. Any changes must have prior approval of A.I.Studio.

3.2. Reporting policy

The following procedures have been established for optimal cooperation: partner report and business plan.

Partner report includes: Name of the customer, Volume of purchasing, Product specification. Business plan includes forecast of sales, agreed plan of investment, marketing actions, etc.

3.3. Joining the program

In order to become an A.I.Studio Partner, complete the following steps:

  • Send your request with company information to .
  • Our representative will contact you confirming the receipt of the application form, along with the sales agreement and forwarding documents in order to complete the contract.
  • Clear document commentary and amount of discount with our representative.
  • Filled in and signed documents will be sent to you by post.
  • Return one copy of the signed contract and enclosure by post to A.I.Studio.
  • A.I.Studio will send you password for access to the site for product downloading and an authorized partner product access key.

3.4. Authorization

Depending on the provided technical support and availability of certified Windows specialists, Partners are divided according to Authorized and Unauthorized. The type of partner depends upon the type of technical support provided. Authorized Partners are offered a 5% added discounts.

4. Additional financial conditions

Additional financial conditions can also be provided by a special application given by the Account manager and based on terms of the current contract and Partner credit history.

4.1. Localization

Partner can be involved into the localization process and their expenses will be covered by a credit note for the amount, which will be defined separately considering the product volume and language peculiarities. The Partner fulfils the localization process and obtains compensation in accordance to localization procedures, supplied separately.

4.2. Marketing events and Partner marketing support

All Partners of A.I.Studio are welcome to take part in various marketing programs designed for stimulation of sales through A.I.Studio Partner channels:

  • Partner can apply to the A.I.Studio refund for the actions aimed to A.I.Studio trademark promotion in accordance to the agreement.
  • Up to 50% of event expenses can be covered by the marketing refund, which can acquire to 5% of Partner turnover due to A.I.Studio.
  • All actions must be approved by A.I.Studio in accordance with the marketing refund policy.
